换行标签加固:onOnsetSwitch 落锤即写 lastConfirmedLabel(S1)——预置5s过期曾致新行开在但沿用旧标签,屏幕观感=没换人(S2案预置16s丢弃实锤);此后partial无论多晚到,新行都挂新标
